Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
$16–$19/hour DOE + COMMISSIONS

We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Agent who understands that success is measured by occupancy, conversions, and resident retention.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
•5+ years of apartment leasing experience
•Yardi experience required
•Proven success meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
•Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
•Stable work history
•Professional appearance and communication skills
Be prepared to talk numbers:
•What occupancy levels have you maintained?
•What are your lead-to-tour and tour-to-lease conversion rates?
•How have you helped improve occupancy?
•What have you done to retain residents?
•What sets you apart from other Leasing Agents?
