Job Description
The Wire Production Associate’s responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and completion of production tasks of making wire rope slings, maintaining the production schedule, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a warehouse setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment with a construction background, possess a strong understanding of safety protocols, and have an eye for detail.
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Pay: $18.00/hour
Responsibilities
Meet production targets
Report any issues to the supervisor on duty
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Ensure finished goods meet quality standards
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols
Ability to work as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
MUST be able to read a tape measure
Must be able to use basic tools
Have good dexterity
Stand and walk for long periods of time
