We’re Hiring: Solder Assemblers (Levels I–V)
2nd Shift | $17–$19+/hr | Pay Flexible Based on Experience
Are you experienced in hand soldering and electronic assembly — or looking to grow your skills in a high-tech manufacturing environment? Our client is expanding and seeking detail-oriented Solder Assemblers to join their team on 2nd shift.
This is a great opportunity to work with advanced electronic assemblies in a clean, team-oriented environment with room for growth based on experience and skill level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Hand soldering electronic components including thru-hole and surface mount
Reading work instructions, diagrams, and assembly procedures
Working with microscopes, precision tools, and testing equipment
Performing assembly and inspection work with strong attention to detail
Following quality standards including IPC/J-STD guidelines
Supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For:
Previous soldering or electronic assembly experience preferred
IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification is a plus
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with electronics manufacturing or production environments is helpful
