Medical Assistant
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Panama City Beach, FL (32407)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time)
No Weekends & Great Benefits!

The Main Goals:
•Medication Coordination: Act as the “hero” for patients by handling refills, pharmacy calls, and prior authorizations.
•Clinical Support: Support a Family Nurse Practitioner with rooming, vitals, and charting.
•Workflow Management: Keep the day running smoothly by prepping charts and managing the provider inbox.
What We’re Looking For:
•Experience: 1+ years as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA preferred, but we value experience most!).
•Skills: You are a “pro” at EMR systems and aren’t intimidated by insurance paperwork or prior auths.
•Vibe: You are empathetic, organized, and have a great professional phone presence.
