Laser Operator Rosenberg TX

We’re seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator Rosenberg TX to join a growing manufacturing team in the Rosenberg area. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in operating precision laser and CNC machinery. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality metal components while working in a steady, hands-on production environment.

CNC Laser Operator Rosenberg TX Job Duties:

  • Operate CNC laser cutting machinery to produce parts that meet precise engineering and quality standards.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions to ensure accurate cutting and part layout.
  • Inspect finished materials for dimensional accuracy and surface quality, making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot CNC and laser equipment for consistent production performance.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet deadlines and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Safely handle and move materials using forklifts, hoists, or overhead cranes.
  • Keep detailed logs of materials used, parts completed, and maintenance performed.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Assist with setup, calibration, and alignment of new cutting jobs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or Supervisor.

CNC Laser Operator Rosenberg TX Requirements:
 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience operating laser cutting machines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and shop drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail in measuring and cutting operations
  • Reliable and consistent attendance with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer and device proficiency (tablet, smartphone, PC)
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Must pass hair pre-employment hair follicle drug test
  • Clear criminal background (including misdemeanors)

Location: Rosenberg, TX
Pay: $26 – $28 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 pm – 9 pm
