Job Description
Position / Title: Brake Press Lead
Pay Rate: $27 to $30, DEO, will consider up to $34+ for high-complexity programs
Location: On-Site, will work in Bonham TX until the Rowlett facility opens
Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
@ times they have OT that can be from 5:00-3:30 & if Saturday 5:00/6:00 – 11:00
To help offset the additional commute, employees hired for Rowlett positions will receive a $2.00 per hour temporary commute differential while working in Bonham. The commute differential will end once the employee officially transitions to reporting to the Rowlett facility.
Position Summary
If you have experience leading a brake press department, setting up CNC press brakes, troubleshooting production issues, and helping operators succeed, we’d like to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Lead a team in a fast-paced production environment
✔ Set up CNC press brakes and optimize production
✔ Read blueprints and verify part quality
✔ Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues
✔ Train and mentor operators
✔ Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• Previous Brake Press Lead or Supervisor experience preferred
• Strong CNC press brake setup experience
• Blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk throughout the workday.
Frequently lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
Work safely in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment and machinery.
