Job Description
Our client, a well-established CPA firm, is hiring a Tax Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of tax experience at a CPA firm. The role centers on complex tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses, especially in real estate, construction, manufacturing, and distribution. CPA is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing complex returns (partnerships, S-corps, C-corps, HNW individuals)
Managing multi-state filings and addressing nexus and apportionment issues
Proactive tax research and issue resolution
Supervising junior staff and handling tax projections and planningInteracting directly with clients and managing deadlines
