Customer Service Representative Needed
8am – 4pm during training, hours may adjust as customer needs adjust
$23 per hour
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Handle Incoming calls and emails from customers
Enter orders
Work with spreadsheets
Calculate materials needed per square foot per order
Process tax exemption form for customers
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in an office environment
Proficient in Excel and data entry
Proficient in math skills – able to calculate square feet of materials for order entry
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
