DIRECT HIRE | $33–$51/HR | SAN ANTONIO, TX

We are currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with multiple openings across San Antonio, Texas. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
$33–$51/hr (based on experience)
Full-time | Direct Hire
Schedules: Days, rotating
Locations: Multiple locations across San Antonio, TX (ZIP 78205 used for posting purposes)

PHYSICAL THERAPIST DUTIES:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Support patient mobility, recovery, and overall functional improvement

PHYSICAL THERAPIST REQUIREMENTS:
Active Texas Physical Therapy License (required)
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Must be authorized to work in the United States
