Immediate Hire! Class A CDL Driver to join a great company in Searcy. No overnight travel! Drive primarily within Central Arkansas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, DOT card, and 2 years of experience as a driver. This is a temp to hire position! Must have experience driving a manual transmission.

Duties
Safely operate commercial roll off trucks & end dump trucks ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Transport goods across assigned routes.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Execute route driving efficiently while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
Handle the secure loading and unloading of freight, ensuring proper handling of sensitive or hazardous materials when applicable.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or issues encountered during transit.
Requirements
Valid Commercial Driver’s License Class A (CDL)
2 years proven experience in truck driving
Familiarity with operating dump trucks, and roll-off trucks.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
