What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee all daily packaging and shipping operations
Coordinate freight shipments and shipment pickups
Create shipping labels quickly and accurately
Generate small package, freight, and international shipping quotes
Maintain and manage inventory records
Track shipments and update spreadsheets/documentation
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
Resolve shipping issues and ensure on-time deliveries
Keep workflows organized and efficient
What We Need From You
Previous shipping and packaging management experience
Strong knowledge of freight shipping
Experience generating international shipping quotes
Inventory management background
Spreadsheet proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and thoroughness
Natural problem-solving skills

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and confident managing the moving parts of a busy shipping department. If you take pride in organization, efficiency, and making sure every shipment goes out right the first time, we want to hear from you.
Full Time Monday – Friday 7AM-5PM with a 1 Hour Lunch
