Job Title: Dozer Operator / Finish Grader
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Pay: $24/hour
We are seeking an experienced Dozer Operator / Finish Grader to join our growing site development and land clearing team in St. Petersburg, Florida. The ideal candidate must be capable of fine grading with and without GPS systems and have experience working on residential and commercial site development projects.
Responsibilities:
Operate bulldozers and grading equipment safely and efficiently
Perform finish grading with and without GPS machine control systems
Complete rough and final grading to project specifications
Assist with site development and land clearing operations
Read grade stakes, site plans, and elevations
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work closely with foremen and crew members to maintain production schedules
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards
Requirements:
Previous experience operating dozers in site development and land clearing
Strong finish grading skills required
Experience using GPS grading systems preferred
Ability to operate without GPS when needed
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
