QA Inspector 77478 Job Duties:

  • Perform visual inspections of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), cables, and metal components to ensure conformance to engineering drawings, IPC standards, and company quality requirements.
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records to support production and compliance.
  • Verify product quality throughout various stages of production to ensure finished products meet internal and customer specifications.
  • Assist with the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process when defects or quality concerns are identified.
  • Support Material Review Board (MRB) meetings as needed to evaluate and resolve quality issues.
  • Follow company quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistent inspection practices.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to help maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional quality assurance tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.

QA Inspector 77478 Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen for government contracts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience as a QC or QA Inspector working with electro-mechanical assemblies is preferred.
  • Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies in electronic and mechanical components.
  • Basic knowledge of personal computers and the ability to enter and maintain inspection documentation.
  • Ability to read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with production and quality teams.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever.

Location: Sugar Land, TX 77478
Pay: $16 – $18 per hour depending on experience
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
