Administrative Assistant for Banquet Hall Business

JOB DESCRIPTION

Aloha,

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Banquet Hall Business in Honolulu.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Answering Phones and emails
  • Ordering of some supplies
  • Following up on event orders
  • Finalizing orders

Room for advancement.

Office skills:

  • Typing/Keyboard – 35-40 wpm
  • Multi-line phones
  • Basic math / calculator use.
  • Knowledge of general office equipment – printer / fax

Computer skills:

  • Gmail
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • Publisher – will train
  • Caterease – we train

Other skills:

  • 1 year Customer service (etiquette via phone and/or in person)
  • Money handling (cash / charge card machine)
