Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

Snelling has an immediate need for a Technical Customer Service Representative with either call center experience or retail sales experience. 
 

Duties of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls, providing friendly, professional customer service, by assisting customers in the following areas:
      • With each call, provide excellent customer service by striving to always consider customer cost
      • Answering questions about the status of a customer’s order
      • Taking customer orders
      • Handling difficult customer issues or complaints while remaining professional at all times
      • Assisting with customer returns
      • Assisting customers who have special needs regarding payment methods
  • Conduct online chats and respond to customer emails
  • Maintain inbound and outbound ETAs for product arrival and delivery
  • Work with team members to develop processes and systems to improve all aspects of managing product ETAs
  • Assist other team members with their duties when necessary
  • Assist with maintaining product pricing, descriptions and images
  • Contribute to the success of the company by learning how our company works and suggest ways to improve it

 

Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Several years of technical customer service experience, either in a call center or retail sales
  • Flexibility to work until 8 PM and multiple Saturdays each month
  • Willingness to learn client’s full product line
  • Must be extremely professional and courteous while handling complaint calls
  • Must have excellent phone and computer skills
  • Must have a clear background check and MUST be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen

 

Pay rate is $11-14/hour, depending on experience.
