Electrical Assembler / Technician


Do you seek a position that utilizes your electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills? Do you value personal time in the late afternoons/evenings and weekends? SNELLING seeks a full-time Electrical Assembler our NoCO client.

Perks for the Electrical Assembler Position:

  • Excellent, reputable, NoCO automation firm
  • Pay: $41,600 – $52,000 ($20-25/hour) DOE with full benefits package upon conversion
  • Temp-to-hire position in great culture

Responsibilities for the Electrical Assembler Position:

  • Ability to read schematics and drawings and identify electrical and electronic symbols.
  • Ability to identify physical and schematic electrical panel components
  • Layout and fabricate panels drawings from engineers
  • Troubleshoot panel wiring and other issues
  • Wire terminals, PLCs and other devices in accordance to drawings
  • Prepare panels for testing and for shipping
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and other employees

Requirements for the Electrical Assembler Position:

  • Panel fabrication and build, component layout, electrical enclosures, electrical assemblies, controls and wiring.
  • Ability to wire and build industrial control panels based on schematic, blueprint, and/or wire schedule.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and others.
  • Strives to continuously improve quality and productivity through identifying own training and tool needs.
  • Works with all staff to ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
  • Must be detail oriented and strive for quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet entire day
