East Coast OEM Machinery Sales Representative

Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions ($120,000-150,000+ OTE)

A leading manufacturer of industrial laser cutting machinery is hiring for an East Coast OEM Machinery Sales Representative who has proven to excel in driving sales of automated machinery to end users and distribution partners throughout the Eastern US. The Machinery Sales Representative is the key force in driving business for custom engineered solutions to optimize both customer and company goals.

The Machinery Sales Representative will excel with:

  • Leveraging high quality laser cutting machinery sales to meet company targets
  • Working closely with sales management and engineering teams
  • Implementing best practices to obtain new business to increase market share
  • Maximizing reach in trade-shows and open houses
  • Communicating clearly, effectively, and efficiently at all levels inside and outside the organization

The Machinery Sales Representative will have:

  • 5+ years of proven success in Sales with Industrial Machinery (preference given to custom engineered Laser Engraving, CNC, and Packaging Machinery)
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Industrial Technologies or related highly preferred
  • Experience driving sales throughout a multi-state territory selling custom engineered industrial robotic machinery
  • Experience selling to both distribution and end users highly preferred
  • Driven hunter mentality
  • Proficiency with CRM
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

The Machinery Sales Representative will be rewarded with:

  • Competitive Base Salary $60,000-70,000 DOE
  • Bi-annual Bonus (up to $28,000)
  • Commissions Uncapped (annual OTE $120,000-150,000+)
  • All travel expenses paid weekly
