Experienced Welder
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Saturday: As needed
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Welder with a strong background in welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on welding experience, a solid understanding of welding techniques and equipment, and a commitment to producing quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work according to specifications and drawings.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
Inspect finished work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
Measure and verify dimensions using appropriate tools.
Identify and correct welding defects or quality issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Perform additional fabrication and shop duties as assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional welding experience preferred/required.
Strong knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and techniques.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding specifications.
Experience working with different types and thicknesses of metal.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when needed.
