Baker – Day Shift
Hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Snelling Staffing is seeking a dependable Baker to join a busy food service team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
Qualifications
Previous baking or food-service experience preferred
Knowledge of basic baking methods and food safety
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Must pass a 7-year background check
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to bend, lift, reach, push, and pull as needed
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs.
