Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and assist skilled workers as needed. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Assist with construction, warehouse, maintenance, or production tasks
Operate basic hand and power tools safely
Clean and prepare job sites or work areas
Move, stack, and organize materials and supplies
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Perform general maintenance and cleanup duties
Assist team members and supervisors with assigned tasks
Lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous labor or construction experience is a plus
Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment preferred
Work Environment
Indoor and outdoor work environments
Exposure to dust, noise, and changing weather conditions
May require overtime, weekends, or flexible scheduling
