Job Description
Shift: 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Location: Mckinney, TX
Pay: $30-35 (DOE)
Duration: 2-3 Weeks
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to fabricate and weld steel components used in buildings, bridges, and other structures. The ideal candidate has experience with structural welding processes and can produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural welding using processes such as MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Fit, align, and assemble structural steel components
Inspect welds to ensure strength and quality standards are met
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
2+ years of structural welding experience
Ability to pass a welding certification test (AWS preferred)
Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Preferably have history on a pipeline
