Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas following established standards
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work or hospitality environments with a focus on guest service excellence
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation for various flooring types
Previous hotel or custodial experience preferred; industrial cleaning skills are a plus
