Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Dispatch

Justin, TX | $18/hr | Temp-to-Perm

We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work in a busy Dispatch Department in Justin, TX.

This is a high-volume office environment. You will work in a cubicle alongside approximately 50 other representatives, with phones ringing and people coming and going throughout the day.

If you have call center, dispatch, transportation, or high-volume customer service experience, we want to talk to you!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
* Typically 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
* Must be available to start as early as 8:00 AM when needed
* Approximately 30–40 hours per week
 

Pay: $18.00/hour

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

What You’ll Do
* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
* Make outgoing calls as needed
* Assist customers, drivers, and other contacts
* Communicate information clearly in English and Spanish
* Perform general clerical and data-entry duties
* Maintain accurate information while handling multiple requests
* Work closely with the Dispatch team
 

Requirements
* Fluent English AND Spanish – REQUIRED
* General clerical/office experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone
* Basic computer and data-entry skills
* Able to multitask in a busy, high-traffic environment
* Professional and dependable
