Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated MRB Warehouse Associates to join our weekend operations team. This position is responsible for performing Material Review Board (MRB) activities while supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities
Process and handle MRB (Material Review Board) inventory and materials.
Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting, labeling, and staging products.
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Inspect products for damage or quality concerns and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.
Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment as assigned.
Safely operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) (preferred experience).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse experience required.
Experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic math and communication skills.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, squat, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
