We are looking for a detail-driven Loan Servicing Specialist who can keep loan accounts accurate, customers informed, and funding activity moving. This is a great opportunity for a banking or financial services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes ownership of their work.

What You’ll Do
•Support consumer loan servicing, contract funding, and collateral administration
•Track and process dealer funding packages and required documentation
•Work with customers, dealers, and state agencies to resolve documentation issues
•Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account exceptions, and balancing issues
•Handle customer and dealer questions regarding payments, titles, payoffs, and loan accounts
•Prepare payoff quotes and process paid-in-full accounts and lien releases
•Manage high-volume calls and email while providing professional, accurate service
•Cross-train across multiple banking functions and support process improvements
What We’re Looking For
•High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
•2+ years of financial services experience preferred
•Consumer lending or loan servicing experience is a plus
•Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
•Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
•Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently and as part of a team
•Available for occasional overtime and Saturdays during peak periods
