We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Excel “guru” to drive excellence across product design and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings rigor to complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage quality initiatives across design and operations teams
- Build and maintain SOPs for order processing, quality assurance, and design workflows
- Identify and resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and scalable solutions
- Use data to inform decisions, drive improvements, and monitor performance
- Support workforce planning and develop operational strategies for long-term growth
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
