Job Description
Responsibilities:
*Assist supervisor or department head with system enhancements, including patching network devices and servers, installing/upgrading software and hardware, and configuring systems.
*Support the daily operation of banking compliance systems by following established procedures.
*Prepare documentation and reports for IT management in collaboration with team lead.
*Respond to helpdesk tickets and user requests in a timely and efficient manner
