Pipe Fitter Position
We are seeking skilled and dependable Pipe Fitters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing piping systems in commercial, industrial, or construction settings.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping drawings
Install, assemble, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and related equipment
Measure, cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes as required
Align and secure piping systems using appropriate tools and equipment
Inspect piping systems for leaks, defects, and proper operation
Perform pressure testing and system troubleshooting
Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with welders, laborers, and other trades
Qualifications:
Previous pipe-fitting experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, and installation methods
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and pipe-fitting equipment
Welding experience is a plus
OSHA or other safety training is helpful
Ability to lift materials and work in various positions and environments
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Schedule and Pay:
Monday through Friday
Occasional weekends may be required
Pay depends on experience
