Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and safety-focused General Laborers to join our industrial manufacturing team. This position supports daily production operations by assisting with assembly, material handling, machine operation, packaging, quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and production processes.
Inspect products for quality and report defects or production issues.
Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S practices.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate hand tools, power tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment as trained.
Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
Basic math and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial environments.
Capable of repetitive movements and extended periods of standing.
