Job Description
Job Title: Construction Landfill Worker
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team at a construction landfill site. The Construction Landfill Worker will assist with daily landfill operations, ensuring materials are properly sorted, disposed of, and the site remains clean and safe.
Responsibilities:
Direct and assist customers with proper dumping procedures
Inspect incoming loads to ensure compliance with landfill regulations
Separate and sort construction debris as required
Maintain cleanliness of the landfill and surrounding work areas
Assist with general labor duties including picking up debris and site maintenance
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
