Apartment Maintenance Tech Needed Now! We have a local client looking for a Maintenance Tech with a minimum of 2 full years of recent hands on experience in the same or similar role. This is a Monday – Friday 8-5 position at $ 18.00 per hour when you go permanent + benefits
Maintenance Tech Qualifications:
Prioritize service tickets, layout required tools and completely document repairs
Electrical: replace power switches, fuses and wall sockets: Appliances
Plumbing: replace and install plumbing fixtures, fix disposals, dishwashers, water dispensers, washing machines
HVAC: Troubleshooting, replace filters, check vents, etc.
Familiar with all types of hands tools and how to use them, own tools are preferred
Listen, following instructions, be safety conscious and keep a clean work area.
You must pass a criminal background check and have a clean drug test, also a valid DL and your own vehicle,
