Pay: $17.50-$26.00/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Day Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Availability: Monday-Sunday availability required
Job Type: Full-Time
Snelling is now hiring Maintenance Technicians for Non-Ferrous Extrusions in Caldwell, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
• Repair motors, control panels, PLCs, wiring, pumps, valves, cylinders, and fluid lines
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, and part replacements
• Help reduce downtime and keep production moving
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs
• Assist with spare parts and tools inventory
• Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
• Work overtime and weekends as needed
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• PLC, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is a plus
• Experience with motors, control circuits, pumps, valves, and actuators preferred
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Pay:
• $17.50-$26.00/hr, depending on experience
