Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Eurotech Triple Turret Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team in Clearwater, FL. This is a CNC machining position requiring hands-on experience operating CNC turning centers in a precision machining environment.
The ideal candidate has experience with multi-turret CNC lathes, maintaining tight tolerances, and producing high-quality precision components in a fast-paced production setting. Candidates will train on first shift before transitioning to a permanent third-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate Eurotech Triple Turret CNC lathes to produce precision-machined components.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
Perform tool changes, tool offsets, and routine machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and dimensional tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with supervisors, programmers, or maintenance personnel as needed.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, gauges, and related inspection tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating CNC lathes in a production machining environment.
Experience with Eurotech Triple Turret lathes is strongly preferred.
Experience with multi-turret or multi-axis CNC turning centers is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of tool offsets, machine adjustments, and quality inspection procedures.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
