Job Title: Production Worker (Heavy Lifting)
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay: $14/hour base pay + $2/hour attendance bonus (up to $16/hour)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (mandatory overtime required, shifts may extend to 5:30 PM)
Job Summary:
We are currently hiring Production Workers for a boat trailer manufacturing facility in Clearwater, Florida. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position in a hot and humid outdoor manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and using hand and power tools throughout the shift.

Job Duties:
Build and assemble boat trailers
Use hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and torque/pressure guns
Safely handle and move heavy materials
Stand and work for extended periods throughout the shift
Follow workplace safety procedures and production standards
Physical Requirements:
Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the entire shift
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Steel toe boots or shoes required
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and good attendance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
