                                                     Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $20-$22 per hour | Full Benefits Package

Are you an experienced Property Maintenance Technician looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a respected property management team? We’re seeking a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in maintaining apartment communities and providing exceptional service to residents.

Responsibilities
•Perform general apartment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
•Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
•Complete apartment turns, make-ready work, and routine inspections.
•Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
•Maintain the grounds, common areas, and building systems in a safe, clean condition.
•Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
•EPA Certification Type I & II (Required)
•Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in apartment, residential, or commercial property maintenance.
•Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
•Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
•Reliable transportation.
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
