CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST (CST / TS-C) –

DIRECT HIRE | $19–$31/HR | SAN ANTONIO, TX

Snelling Staffing Services – San Antonio is hiring Certified Surgical Technologists (CST / TS-C) for full-time, direct hire opportunities with multiple openings across San Antonio, TX. This is an ASAP hire for skilled surgical professionals ready to support surgical teams in a fast-paced operating room environment.

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

  • $19–$31/hr (base rate)
  • Full-time | Direct Hire
  • Schedules available: Days, Nights, and Rotating
  • San Antonio, TX – multiple locations
  • Shift and weekend differentials available
  • Call-back pay at time-and-a-half
  • Standby pay available
     

CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST DUTIES:

  • Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies
  • Scrub and assist surgeons during surgical procedures
  • Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with patient positioning, draping, and transfer
  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of surgical instruments and supplies
  • Follow all safety, infection control, and quality standards


CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certification required through one of the following:
    • CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) – NBSTSA
    • TS-C (Technician in Surgery–Certified) – NCCT
  • Previous operating room or surgical experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
