RN SURGICAL NURSE (PRN)
SAN ANTONIO TX 78258
Are you an experienced RN with a background in surgical or vascular care? Join a respected specialty clinic in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, focused on treating vein-related health conditions with cutting-edge care and personalized attention. We’re seeking a dependable, skilled RN Surgical Nurse to assist with surgical procedures and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- $45.00/hour
- PRN shifts available Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
- Shifts typically fall during standard office hours
- Stone Oak area, San Antonio, TX 78258
- Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card
RN SURGICAL NURSE (PRN) DUTIES:
- Provide direct nursing care for patients undergoing vascular procedures
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition during and after surgery
- Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as directed by the physician
- Assist with surgical instrument prep and equipment sterilization
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support individualized care plans
- Document all care and outcomes in the electronic medical record
RN SURGICAL NURSE (PRN) REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- At least 2 years of surgical nursing experience (required)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with patient movement as needed
